About Me

My job is to help people shape the future through interactions with the past. I’m a Special Collections librarian at the University of Missouri, where I am responsible for outreach, instruction, and web development.

Connecting collections with communities is what I do, whether through exhibitions, social media, course instruction, or professional service. My research interests include Special Collections pedagogy and the history of visual storytelling and word-image interactions in manuscripts, book illustration, and comics.
